Swiss Chard Pie

Ingredients

  • Half chopped onion
  • Minced garlic clove
  • Tablespoon oil
  • A bunch of swiss chard chopped (1.5-2 cups)
  • 3 eggs
  • cup of shredded cheese
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 pie crust
  • half cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 F. brown onion and garlic. Add chopped chard. Cook until wilted.

In a separate large bowl, beat eggs. Mix in cheese, milk, salt, and chard. Pour into pie shell. Bake 30-40 minutes.
