Ingredients
- Half chopped onion
- Minced garlic clove
- Tablespoon oil
- A bunch of swiss chard chopped (1.5-2 cups)
- 3 eggs
- cup of shredded cheese
- teaspoon salt
- 1 pie crust
- half cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 F. brown onion and garlic. Add chopped chard. Cook until wilted.
In a separate large bowl, beat eggs. Mix in cheese, milk, salt, and chard. Pour into pie shell. Bake 30-40 minutes.
