Ingredients
- 14 slices of bread, buttered and cubed (with the crusts cut off)
- (Donna uses Pepperidge Farm, family size loaf)
- 2 oz. or 1 c. Hormel Real Bacon pieces
- 3 c. shredded Velveeta
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs well beaten
- 4 c. milk
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Layer in order: Bacon, Bread, Cheese in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour mixture of eggs, milk, and seasonings over layers and let stand in refrigerator over nights. Bake 45 min. or until lightly browned at 350 deg.
