Ingredients
- 2 Boneless, Skinless Breast halves, cut into strips
- 2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
- 2 T. Butter
- 1 Green Onion Sliced
- 1-2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 4 oz. Linguine, cooked and drained
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken and cajun seasoning in a bowl or ziplock bag, toss or shake to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in butter until almont tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add onion, cook and stir 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat and add the seasonings and heavy cream. Add cream until you get the consistancy you want. Add linguine and toss. Heat through and serve. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
