    Boneless, Skinless Breast halves, cut into strips

    tsp. Cajun Seasoning

  • 2

    T. Butter

  • 1

    Green Onion Sliced

  • 1-2

    Cups Heavy Cream

  • ¼

    tsp. Dried Basil

  • ¼

    tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning

  • ¼

    tsp. Salt

  • tsp. Garlic Powder

  • tsp. Pepper

  • 4

    oz. Linguine, cooked and drained

  • Grated Parmesan Cheese


Place chicken and cajun seasoning in a bowl or ziplock bag, toss or shake to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in butter until almont tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add onion, cook and stir 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat and add the seasonings and heavy cream. Add cream until you get the consistancy you want. Add linguine and toss. Heat through and serve. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
