Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups oatmeal (quick cook type)
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, molasses, vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together, then add to butter mixture. Stir in oatmeal, raisins, walnuts and chips.
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes (14 minutes on air-bake sheet).
