Broccoli-and-Grape Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg (16 oz) farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
  • 1 lb fresh broccoli, cut into florets (about 2-3 cups)
  • 3/4 cup roasted garlic dressing (lie Marzetti)
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup red onions, diced
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1.) In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain pasta and broccoli. Rinse in cold water to cool. Drain again.

2.) In a large bowl, combine garlic dressing, mayonnaise and red onions.

3.) Add grapes, crumbled bacon, cooked pasta and broccoli; toss gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
