Ingredients
- CRUMB TOPPING:
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1 CUP 8 OZ SOUR CREAM
- 2 EGGS
- 3 TSP VANILLA
- 1 1/2 CUP APPLES 2 apples cut up micro with butter + cinnimon
- 1 1/4 cup PECANS place in zip lock bag with back of knife pound
- 1/2 cup BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- honey
- 1 cup raisins
- 4 oz apple sauce
- cinnomin
- butter room temp
- brown sugar
- granola
- flour
Preparation
Step 1
1. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX FLOUR, BAKING POWDER,BAKING SODA,cinnimon & SALT. IN ANOTHER BOWL, BEAT SUGAR, SOUR CREAM, EGGS VANILLA apple sauce UNTIL WELL BLENDED. In a 3rd bowl put raisins chopped pecans & apples, mix honey till coated. STIR INTO FLOUR MIXTURE JUST INTIL MOISTENED. FOLD IN APPLES raisins & PECANS
2. TRANSFER INTO GREASED 9X5 LOAF PAN.or parchment paper lined BAKE 350 FOR 50-55 MIN COOL IN PAN 10 MINS
3. IN SAUCE PAN BRING BUTTER + SUGAR TO BOIL COOK 1 MIN SPOON OVER BREAD
