Ingredients

  • CRUMB TOPPING:
  • 2 CUPS FLOUR
  • 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • 1 CUP 8 OZ SOUR CREAM
  • 2 EGGS
  • 3 TSP VANILLA
  • 1 1/2 CUP APPLES 2 apples cut up micro with butter + cinnimon
  • 1 1/4 cup PECANS place in zip lock bag with back of knife pound
  • 1/2 cup BUTTER
  • 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • honey
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 4 oz apple sauce
  • cinnomin
  • butter room temp
  • brown sugar
  • granola
  • flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX FLOUR, BAKING POWDER,BAKING SODA,cinnimon & SALT. IN ANOTHER BOWL, BEAT SUGAR, SOUR CREAM, EGGS VANILLA apple sauce UNTIL WELL BLENDED. In a 3rd bowl put raisins chopped pecans & apples, mix honey till coated. STIR INTO FLOUR MIXTURE JUST INTIL MOISTENED. FOLD IN APPLES raisins & PECANS

2. TRANSFER INTO GREASED 9X5 LOAF PAN.or parchment paper lined BAKE 350 FOR 50-55 MIN COOL IN PAN 10 MINS

3. IN SAUCE PAN BRING BUTTER + SUGAR TO BOIL COOK 1 MIN SPOON OVER BREAD
