Ingredients
- SPINACH:
- 1 double pizza dough recipe
- 8 oz. bag of mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, defrosted, squeezed of water
- TOMATO SAUCE:
- 45 ounces, petite diced tomatoes,drained
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Roll dough into a circle, spread on spinach and cheese.
2. Roll out second dough and overlap crusts.
3. Bake on pizza maker for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and bake for another 20 minutes.
