Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T butter
- scallions, chopped
- 1/3 c white wine
- 1/4 c mustard (G.P. Country)
- 1/2 c heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Slice meat. Saute scallions in olive oil and butter. Saute meat lightly. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Sauce:
Boil wine, then reduce heat. Whisk in mustard. Add cream and cook for 1-2 minutes.
