CHOCOLATE MOUSE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 12 ounce nestles tidbits
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 eggs separated
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 dozen lady fingers

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chips in double boiler. Beat in 6 egg yolks one at a time. Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add sugar. Add 1/4 of egg white mixture to chocolate mixture and beat well. Fold in additional egg whites. Whip 2 cups heavy cream. Fold into chocolate mixture. Line edge and bottom of springform pan. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
