Ingredients
- 2 lbs veal cubes
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- onions, sliced
- mushrooms
- oregano
- basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 14 oz can tomatoes
- grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat veal. Cook in oil until browned. Add onions, mushrooms, herbs, garlic and tomatoes. Simmer for the day. Serve over pasta with grated cheese.
