Flounder puffs

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound Flounder cut in pieces
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Step 1


Beat egg white until stiff
Beat egg yolk,fold in flour,water,salt
Fold in egg white
Heat oil
Dip fish in mixture
Fry in oil until golden, turn
