Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 can tuna
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup dried American Cheese
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Dough:
- 2 cups flours
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup shortening
Preparation
Step 1
Mix filling ingredients all together.
Make dough:
Cut shortening into dry ingr.
Add milk
Roll out dough to a 10"x12" rectangle.
Spread tuna mixture down center.
Cut slits along sides, fold onto top alternately.
Bake at 425 for about 20-25minutes
Serve with a white sauce
