Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and boiled
- 4 small cloves garlic
- 8 Tbs. butter
- 5 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. whipping cream
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tsp. freshly chopped dill
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first five ingredients with salt and pepper in processor or blender and mix until smooth. Stir in dillweed. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
