Ingredients
- 1 c lentils
- 3 T olive oil
- 1/4 c sun dried tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- feta or blue cheese
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook lentils in salted water, about 20 min. Drain. Add remaining ingredients.
