Ingredients
- 1/4 pound each peanuts, cashews, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toss nuts in large bowl and spread them out on a cookie sheet. Toast for 10 minutes until light golden brown.
In large bowl, combine rosemary, cayenne, brown suar, salt and melted butter.
Toss warm toasted nuts with spiced butter.
