Hot Artichoke Parmesan Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (398 ml) artichoke hearts drained and coarsely chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into shallow ovenproof dish or 9 inch pie plate.
Bake 15 min or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers


Substitute 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp or 1 cup drained flaked can crabmeat or salmon for the artichokes
