Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. Sesame oil
- 2 T oyster sauce
- 2 T Mediera
- 1 T Lime juice
- 4-5 scallions
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together for marinade. Add scallions. Marinate 1 lb. salmon filets 2 hours. Bake at 475 degrees – 10 minutes. (or grill) Use leftover marinate + 1 t. Hoisin sauce as sauce to drizzle over cooked fish.
