GREEN CHILIES CORN CASSEROLE

  • 1 16 oz. can cream style corn, 1 cup biscuit mix, 1 egg (beaten), 2 tablespoons salad oil, 1/2 cup milk, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies drained, 6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine corn, biscuit mix, egg, oil and milk, mix well. Spread half of this mixture in an 8x8 pan sprayed with Pam. Cover with chilies and grated cheese. Spread remaining batter over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
