Ingredients
- Pepper Relish:
- 1 c. low sodium soy
- 1/4 c. Fresh chopped ginger
- 4 big cloves garlic - minced
- 2 juicy limes
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 4-6 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. Red ball pepper – diced
- 1 sm red onion chopped
- 1-2 jalapenos seeds removed and chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. Fresh cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Marinade – mix and marinate chicken at least 1 hour. Grill then before serving mix together ingredients for pepper relish and spoon over the top.
