Hot Beef Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 8 oz. Pkg. cream cheese softened
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained (optional)
  • 1 2 1/2 oz. pkg. smoked sliced beef , chopped
  • 1/4 cup (1 oz.) grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onion in butter. Add cream cheese and milk. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly. Serve hot with chips 2 ½ cups.
