Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground lamb
- 1/2 package of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- salt and pepper
- Drizzle of olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, shape into patties and grill.
