Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Stew Meat, Bite Size
  • 2 Tbsp. Shortening
  • 2 Each Onions, Sliced
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 5 Each Potatos, Sliced
  • 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown- Stew Meat with shortening, onions, 15-20 Minutes in fry pan. Add water till boiling. Reduce heat, cover, cook for 15 minutes. Pour into 13x9 pan, cover with potatos. Mix; Mushroom Soup, Milk, Cheddar Cheese, Salt and Pepper. Pour over meat and potatos. Bake 1 1/2 Hours at 350.
