Ingredients
- 2 lb stew meat
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 lb carrots, sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup V-8 juice
- 3 tbs tapioca
Preparation
Step 1
Put beef in crockpot. Layer onions on top of meat and carrots on top of onions. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire, V-8, and tapioca. Pour sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low six-eight hours.
