Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots (approx 4 servings)
- 2 tbsp butter/margarine
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- sprinkle sea salt
- sprinkle fresh pepper
Preparation
Step 1
cook carrots until almost tender in water/steamer.
melt butter with honey, lemon juice & ginger in skillet
drain carrots & cook until glazed and tender.
