Preparation

Step 1

1) Brown meat with onions in lrg skillet; drain.

2) Add tomatoes, broth and frozen vegetables; stir. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

3) Stir in rice and cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 mins. (THIS IS ONLY FOR INSTANT RICE)
