Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 sprigs parsley, leaves only
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place basil, garlic, nuts and parsley in food processor and blend until finely chopped. Add cheese and blend to a thick puree. Slowly pour in olive oil until smooth. May be refrigerated or frozen. Serve over hot pasta.
