Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, flour, and seasonings until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in broth, cream, and sherry. Heat to boil. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle with some more Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30 min.
