Tomato Salad, Gluten Free

A heavenly combination! Seeding the tomato is an important step as it removes much of the juice which serves only to dilute the dressing. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 1 1 large seeded vine ripened tomato
- 1 1 1 tablespoon Goat Cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and basil (from Aldi)
- 2 2 2 tablespoons Chevre Ranch Dressing (from Aldi)
- to Crazy Salt. to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the tomato in half horizontally and using a small spoon, remove the seeds from the tomato.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
Sprinkle the goat cheese over the tomatoes and add the salad dressing, tossing to combine. Sprinkle with Jane's Crazy Salt and enjoy!
