Tuna Cakes

Ingredients

• 1/4 C. Miracle Whip Dressing
• 3/4 C. Water
• 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
• 1 Pkg. ( 120 g ) Stove Top Stuffing Mix For Chicken
• 2 Cans ( 170 g ) Tuna, drained & flaked
• 1/2 C. Green Onions, chopped
• 1 C. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Cover & refrigerate 10 min. Heat lg. non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on med. heat. For each tuna cake, shape 1/2 C. lightly packed tuna mixture into patty. Add patties to skillet in batches. Cook 3 min. on each side or till golden brown on both sides, turning over carefully. Serve.
