Mango & Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 10 baby tomatoes, halved
  • 2 T. orange muscat vinegar (or other sweet vinegar)
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Toss greens with veggies. Mix vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Toss with veggies and serve.
