Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Butter, for serving
Preparation
Step 1
Soak corn in husks in a large bowl of cold water for 10 minutes. Remove from water, shake off excess. Grill corn directly over heat, turning often, u till husks are charred and kernels are tender, 8-10 minutes.
Transfer corn to a platter. Peel back husks and silk and remove. Spread butter and sprinkle cheese and paprika on cobs. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
