Quick Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup whole unsalted almonds
- 12 12 12 oz bottled drained roasted red peppers
- 1 1 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 2 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1 1 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Pulse almonds in a mini food processor until chopped. Add roasted red peppers, and blend into a chunky paste. Add olive oil, paprika, and cheese; process until just combined
