Lemony Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 2 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 2 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
  • 1 1 1 tsp. minced lemon zest
  • to and pepper to taste
  • 1 1 1 demi baguette, halved lengthwise (4 oz.)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Combine butter, oil garlic, and zest; season with salt and pepper.

Brush cut sides of baguette with butter mixture and ake on a baking sheet until golden, 12-13 minutes.

Sprinkle parsley onto hot baguette.

Chopped fresh parsley
