Lemony Garlic Bread
A zesty take on an Italian classic to soak up savory sauces.
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1 1 1 tsp. minced lemon zest
- to and pepper to taste
- 1 1 1 demi baguette, halved lengthwise (4 oz.)

Cooking time 20mins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine butter, oil garlic, and zest; season with salt and pepper.
Brush cut sides of baguette with butter mixture and ake on a baking sheet until golden, 12-13 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley onto hot baguette.
