Teriyaki French Roast

  • 4 4 4 pound french roast
  • oil
  • 7 7 7 cloves garlic, minced
  • montreal steak seasoning
  • teriyaki sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Rinse roast and pat dry. Brush with oil and place in baking pan. Rub the minced garlic and steak seasoning all over the entire roast. Then, drizzle teriyaki sauce.
2. Bake covered until it reaches desired doneness,about 3 hours. Slice thinly against the grain and serve warm.
