JDLD Brigantine Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 slabs baby back ribs
  • Kosher salt
  • Peanut Oil
  • Season All or Chinese Five Spice

Preparation

Step 1

Cut slabs in half. Place in a large crab pot. Fill pot with water to cover ribs. Add Kosher salt and boil for 3 hours. Remove from pot and refrigerate overnight.

Slice individually. In a fry daddy fill with peanut oil. If using a pot, fill with one inch and half of the oil. Deep fry for 3 minutes. Remove and place onto paper towel and season.
