Ingredients
- 8 8 8 c water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 2 2 chicken breasts
- 2 2 2 bay leaves
- 2 2 2 c potatoes
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c onions
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c carrots
- 2 2 2 tsp cilantro
- 2 2 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c cumin
- 3 3 3 cans green chilis
- 1 14 1 14 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 10 1 10 1 10 oz can diced green chili and tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the first five ingredients in a large pot on a hot stove.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender. Pour soup in bowls and serve with rye bread and shredded cheddar cheese.
