Ingredients
- Marinade
- 1/2 c water
- 1 tsp. Chicken base
- White pepper and salt
- 1 tbls. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp white cooking wine
- 1/2 tspsesame oil
- Batter
- 3/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 c cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c water
- 2 tbls oil
- Pinch of salt
- Honey sauce
- 1/8 c honey
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tbls white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken pieces in refrigerator for 1 HR. Then remove from marinade and dip in batter and deep fry.
Remove when golden brown and place on paper towels. Heat honey sauce until sugar dissolves. Toss with chicken.
