Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves of garlic (Baked at 350 for 30 minutes)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
  • 1 1/4 cups alfredo style pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Squeeze roasted garlic with artichokes, spinach, pasta sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, and cream cheese;; spread evenly
Bake until cheeses are melted and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve warm
