Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 lbs fresh peaches
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp lemon peel
- Sugar
- Flour
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 2 cups blueberries and 2 lbs fresh peaches, peeled and sliced in a bowl. Toss with ½ tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp lemon peel, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp flour. Place in deep, 10 inch ovenproof dish. Using refrigerated pie crust, open and with a cookie cutter, cut out 3 inch rounds. Arrange rounds atop the fruit and brush with 1 tbsp heavy cream. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve warm
