Ingredients
- 1 tablespooon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 6 oz. tilapia fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Rub one side of the fish fillets with the spice mixture. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 fish fillets spice side down. Cook unti fish is light and flaky.
