Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter - softened - room temp.
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups of sifted powder sugar.
- 1-2 tablespoons of milk - room Temp.
- 1 tsp of vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl beat the butter for 5 mins. until fluffy and pale. Start on low and move up to high speed.
On low gradually 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Once it begins to combine, turn the mixer up and beat until incorporated.
Add 1-2 tsps of milk to the mixer on low. speed up and beat thoroughly.
Continue to add sugar and milk alternately. Thiner add milk thicker add sugar(1 to 2 tablespoons at a time).
Add the vanilla mixing low. Then beat on high to combine. Put in Refrigerator.
Use at room temp to frost.
