Lemon Bars

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and powdered sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into bottom of lightly greased 9x13" pan and bake at 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine eggs, sugar, 3 Tbsp. flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
