Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 4-5 cups flour more to roll out
  • 2 Cups crisco
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg beaten up and add 1 Tables. vinegar add together to make 1 cup wate

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together in mixer with dough hook adding more flour if neede until dough forms ball and dosen't stick to sides of bowl
break into 2 balls and refrig. overnite or at least 5-6 hrs. before rolling out
will make 2 11inch pie plates or 1 9x13 dish each ball
