Baked Camembert

  • 1 camembert rind
  • few rosemary springs
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • freshly grounded black pepper
  • Process: Heat the oven to 210°C.

Preparation

Step 1

Unwrap the camembert and place it back in the box. Scatter some rosemary springs on top, sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10 -15 minutes, serve immediately with some crusty bread.
