Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot pepper jelly
- 1 T grated fresh ginger
- 1 t honey
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 10 oz package smokes sausage cut into 1 inch slices
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl mix jelly, ginger & honey. In a pan add oil and cook sausage until browned. Using slotted spoon transfer sausage to bowl and toss to coat.
