Ingredients
- 1 lb John Soules fully cooked fajitas or you can grill 1 lb of flank steak seasoned with Mrs. Dash's fahita seasoning and slice thin.
- 1 large green bell pepper sliced
- 1 large red, yellow or orange bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 extra large onion sliced
- 2-3 TBSP EVOO
- 2-3 TBSP Mrs. Dash's fiesta seasoning
- 4 La Tortilla Smart and Delicious Light flour tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cover sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up
Wrap meat in aluminum foil (you will just heat up in oven)
Place onions and peppers, evoo and fajita seasoning in a large disposable bag and shake to coat evenly.
Spread vegetables out onto sheet pan and roast in oven until softened and just charring.
After the first 10 minutes with the veggies you can add the meat in the foil to heat thoroughly
Remove from oven and add meat to veggie mixture and stir
Before serving heat tortillas in microwave by wrapping with paper towel, takes about 30 seconds
