Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus sprigs for garnishing
- 2 smoked trout fillets (4 oz each) skin removed
- 40 ridged potato chips
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, mix sour cream, chives and dill; season. Break trout into pieces. Arrange chips on platter. Dollop each with some sour cream mixture. Top each with piece of troutand dill sprig. Serve immediately
