- 2 T. Yellow Cornmeal
- 2 Cup Bisquick
- 1/2 Cup Cold Water
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 3 T. Green Chiles, chopped
- 1.25 oz. Taco Seasoning Taco Sauce
- 2 Cup Sharp Cheese, shredded
- 1 16 oz. Refried Beans
- 3 Cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 lg. Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
Preparation

Sprinkle a well-greased 12 inch Pizza pan with cornmeal. Combine Bisquick & 1/2 cup water; stir vigorously with fork until soft dough is formed. Turn out on floured surface; knead lightly about 5 times. Roll dough into a 14 inch circle. Fit onto Pizza pan; crimp edges. Bake 425 for 10-12 min. or until browned.
Cook ground beef until browned; drain. Add 3/4 cup water, chiles & taco mix, stirring well. Bring to boil; reduce & simmer, uncovered 10 min. or until thickened.
Spread beans evenly over pizza crust leaving 1/2 inch border around edge. Spoon meat mixture over beans. Bake 425 for 8-10 min. Sprinkle top with 1 cup cheese; bake additional 2
min. or until cheese melts. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion & remaining cheese. Cut into wedges; serve with taco sauce. Sour Cream if you like.
